Instructions for the presenters:

Oral presentations - Please check the updated programme and your exact presentation time. Please note the total time for presentation is 25 minutes, this will include questions and discussion. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and take it to the lecture room well in advance before your session. The AV-assistants will be ready to assist you in the lecture room during the coffee breaks to download your presentation on the lecture room computer.

Poster presentations - The size of the poster board is A1 portrait. Your poster will be on display on the first day of the conference. Pins will be provided at the poster area.

NB. As well as explaining the research, as this is a defence conference, presenters for both oral and poster presentations should also explain the impacts of their research and how this research can be applied in defence context.
